ARTICLE I: DEFINITIONS
|
| Section 1 |
The geographical area served by this ASSOCIATION shall be Canada.
|
| Section 2 |
Divisions of the Association shall correspond to the Provincial structure of Canada.
|
| Section 3 |
The ARTICLES that constitute this document shall be the BYLAWS; and will hereafter be referred to as the Bylaws. The Association of Bulgarian Engineers in Canada will hereafter be referred to as ABEC. The Governing Board of ABEC will hereafter be referred to as the Council.
