The Council of the Association of Bulgarian Engineers in Canada is proud to announce and congratulate our Colleague Eng. Plamen Blagoev for successfully completing all requirements and obtaining a License from the Professional Engineers Ontario.

Plamen Blagoev graduated with the highest marks from University of Architecture, Civil Engineering & Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since then Eng. Plamen Blagoev has a rich and demanding career as a Project and Senior Project leader. His expertise leads him to various countries from Bulgaria to Kuwait, Moldova and now Canada. We are proud of his innovative work and salute the determination to achieve his professional recognition.

Fully licensed Professional Geologist,

Practicing member of the Association of the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

 

More than just naming rocks and digging up fossilized bones, Geologists tell us the story of the earth. Earthquakes, volcanoes and soil erosion affect all of us: even if the geological event occurs halfway around the world, we are all touched to a greater or lesser extent.
