I am sending you the corrected version of the ABEC Bylaws - May 2003 as per the instructions of the last Meeting - February 2003. There are two new additions - points on which, I would like to bring your attention for approval.
ARTICLE II. - Section 1. All about STUDENT MEMBERS and AFFILIATED MEMBERS or Guests- (?) (Programming is a field that bridges many traditional science fields).
ARTICLE V: - Section 4. Membership Certificate - (?) (This adds to the list of our social and professional activities).
Attached also you will find COSTI - May 2003 programs for new comers and Foreign Educated new Canadians.
