Canada Employment Weekly - CEW

A newspaper full of job listings.

Tel.:  (416) 964-6069
Fax: (416) 964-3202
Web: www.mediacorp2.com

CEW Express is the online edition of Canada Employment Weekly. It contains all the job listings found in our newsprint edition, but offers you the following additional features:

  • The online edition is available Monday afternoons at 4:30 pm (Toronto time) -- almost 48 hours before the newsprint edition appears on newsstands.
  • The online edition is searchable by keyword, so you can quickly find all the opportunities in the field or location that interests you. You can also review back issues of the newspaper to discover thousands of other job opportunities across Canada.
  • The online edition includes hypertext links to employers' websites so you can research hot prospects instantly, and email links directly to recruiters and HR departments so you can apply for positions immediately.
  • Job listings are indexed into 61 occupational categories, so you'll see all the vacancies in your field at once.

No source offers more new Canadian job listings than CEW Express. Like our newspaper, the online edition features hundreds of new job listings every week. And 100% of the jobs are new each issue -- you won't waste a moment reading outdated information. A 12-week subscription to CEW Express costs $54.58 plus tax.

The Reif family tradition of winemaking began over half a century ago in Germany’s Neustadt of the renowned Rhine region and in 1977 transcended to the fertile banks of the Niagara River which were selected to establish new world class vineyards. Following six years of careful nurturing, the vineyard’s potential became evident, and in 1983 the Reif family opened the doors of Reif Estate Winery to the public.

President Klaus Reif holds degrees in both Oenology and Viticulture from the world famous University for winemaking in Geisenheim and in 1983 made a commitment to combine time-honoured traditions with modern technology. It is under his watchful eye that Reif produces wines that are truly estate bottled as only grapes, harvested from the 135-acre vineyard are used to produce premium quality wines. Every effort is made to limit the interference of man in this delicate process, belief at Reif Estate is that “Nature makes wine.”

In 1990 Roberto DiDomenico, a graduate from University of Guelph with a specialized honors microbiology degree, as the newest winemaker, joined Klaus. Klaus and Rob work closely in developing the vineyards by pruning and thinning the vines to produce small yields of exceptional quality. They continually explore new territory and probe for new styles while relying on a firm background of time honored traditions in winemaking. Reif Estate grows and produces traditional vinifera grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as well as produces unique and exciting wines such as Icewines, Shiraz and Zinfandel.
