All members registered with ABEC own
personal e-mail @abec.ca.The mailboxes are
accessible as POP3/SMTP mail and webmail.
POP3 Access
To use POP3 access to this e-mail accounts, you have to configure
your e-mail client software i.e. Outlook,
Outlook Express, Netscape, e.t.c.
The following information is useful for
nearly all email clients:
Mailbox:
f_familyname@abec.ca
Where
f - first character of your first name
familyname - your familyname
password - your first name
For
example:
Registered User: Peter Ivanov
Mailbox:
p_ivanov@abec.ca
Username:
p_ivanov
Password: peter
For all users - Please setup in your your e-mail client software New Account with
Incoming Mail Server: mail.abec.ca
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.abec.ca (same as Incoming Mail Server)
Webmail Access
Webmail for this account is available at
http://webmail.abec.ca/
An alternate webmail application (@Mail)
is available at
http://webmail.globat.com/
Tutorials on email are available at
http//support.globat.com/tutorials/
