SNOLAB is an underground science laboratory specializing in neutrino and dark matter physics. Situated two km below the surface in the Vale Creighton Mine located near Sudbury Ontario Canada, SNOLAB is an expansion of the existing facilities constructed for the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory (SNO) solar neutrino experiment.

The Council of the Association of Bulgarian Engineers in Canada is proud to announce and congratulate our Colleague Eng. Plamen Blagoev for successfully completing all requirements and obtaining a License from the Professional Engineers Ontario.

Plamen Blagoev graduated with the highest marks from University of Architecture, Civil Engineering & Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since then Eng. Plamen Blagoev has a rich and demanding career as a Project and Senior Project leader. His expertise leads him to various countries from Bulgaria to Kuwait, Moldova and now Canada. We are proud of his innovative work and salute the determination to achieve his professional recognition.
